Founder & CEO

Hailey

Hailey started BluuPrint to Profit in 2019 while working for a CPA firm. It was in the middle of helping this CPA firm build their bookkeeping department that she saw a need that was not being addressed, but was widely accepted across the industry. This became the fuel for how she showed up as a provider, a leader and as a business owner. Prior to starting her business to work for the construction industry, she had worked in the construction industry, since 2014.

From the Midwest, she resides in Arizona with her family and in her free time, enjoys golf, beach volleyball, hikes and traveling.

Morgen

Morgen has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University. She's currently exploring options for pursuing a CPA designation. With specialized knowledge in real estate, construction, start-ups, and venture capital, Morgen brings valuable insight and an entrepreneurial perspective to the team. Her strength lies in understanding complex business structures and finding practical solutions, allowing her to support clients with clarity and confidence. Located in Hitchcock, Texas (just south of Houston), she enjoys cooking and baking.

Construction Project Coordinator

Carol

Carol serves as our Construction Project Coordinator. Her background includes administrative and executive support, CRM management, and customer support, experience that has built a strong foundation in organization, communication, and reliable team coordination. Over time, Carol has developed a reputation as a steady, solutions-focused support partner who helps streamline workflows, maintain project momentum, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Based in the Philippines, she enjoys gardening, watching documentaries, and spending time with her family and pets. Carol is committed to continued professional growth and contributing long-term value through efficient support and consistent follow-through.

Senior Accountant

Camille

Camille is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She has over a decade of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. She is curious and calculated and she is passionate about helping business owners streamline their financial processes so they can focus on growth. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes, relaxing with a good movie, or spending quality time with her family.

AP/AR Specialist

Connie

Connie has over 15 years of customer service experience backed with a background in Business Administration. She has developed a strong foundation in client relations, problem-solving, and creating positive customer experiences. She's passionate about continuous learning and is always looking for ways to grow both professionally and personally. Whether it’s building new skills or adapting to new technologies, she believes in staying curious and committed to improvement. Outside of work, Connie enjoys reading, a good Netflix binge, and is currently learning a new language.

Communications Specialist

A Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education - Leslie's background is in working with children and families as well as developing & planning programs and events. Over time, that work has evolved into a strong foundation in strategic communication, relationship management, and crafting clear messaging for diverse audiences. Leslie is a natural integrator who thrives on connecting people, streamlining workflows, and creating a smooth, well-communicated experience from start to finish. Located in Colorado with her family, she enjoys reading and traveling.
