Founder & CEO

Hailey

Hailey started BluuPrint to Profit in 2019 while working for a CPA firm. It was in the middle of helping this CPA firm build their bookkeeping department that she saw a need that was not being addressed, but was widely accepted across the industry. This became the fuel for how she showed up as a leader and as a business owner. Prior to starting her business to work for the construction industry, she had worked in the construction industry, since 2014. From the Midwest, she resides in Arizona with her family and in her free time, enjoys golf, beach volleyball, hikes and traveling.

Hailey is one of the authors featured in the International Bestseller, 6-Figure Chicks, Phoenix Vol.2. where she shares how she turned adversity into entrepreneurial success. Read more here!

Leslie

A Bachelor's degree in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education - Leslie's background is in working with children and families as well as developing & planning education programs and events. Leslie's passion is in streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth operation from end-to-end. Her experience with sensitive situations has been crucial to the team culture. Located in Colorado with her family, she enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new foods.

Senior Accountant

Camille

Camille is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She has over a decade of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. She is curious and calculated and she is passionate about helping business owners streamline their financial processes so they can focus on growth. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes, relaxing with a good movie, or spending quality time with her family.

AP/AR Specialist

Connie

Connie has over 15 years of customer service experience backed with a background in Business Administration. She has developed a strong foundation in client relations, problem-solving, and creating positive customer experiences. She's passionate about continuous learning and is always looking for ways to grow both professionally and personally. Whether it’s building new skills or adapting to new technologies, she believes in staying curious and committed to improvement. Outside of work, Connie enjoys reading, a good Netflix binge, and is currently learning a new language.

Partner in Tax and Financial Planning

Stephen

Stephen built his reputation on tax strategy and financial planning for business owners. He is a certified financial planner and IRS Enrolled Agent with a decade of experience, including working with entrepreneurs earning $1M+ in net profits at a fast-growing Inc. 5000 firm.

Now, he runs Tulip Financial Planning where he helps business owners keep more of what they earn, grow faster, and simplify the financial side of life.

Stephen's focus is on helping business owners make smarter decisions with less stress and more confidence.

Based in Arizona with his wife and two kids.
